Mr. Clark has been licensed to practice law since 1981.
Admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas as well as
the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Clark's law experience includes
both private practice and head of litigation for a corporate legal department.
Mr. Clark's practice currently focuses primarily on commercial and general
business litigation. He has successfully handled jury and non jury cases
in both state and federal courts. His practice also includes general business,
corporate and partnership matters including formation of entities, stock
and asset acquisitions and regulatory compliance; commercial real estate;
and employment law. As in house counsel, Mr. Clark was Assistant Vice President-Litigation
Counsel for a NYSE financial services company. He was solely responsible
for the management, coordination and monitoring of all litigation matters
involving the company and its subsidiaries nationwide.
